  2. fans sign up — they visit the link and rsvp with their name and email or phone number.

  3. the drop day arrives — clubz automatically messages everyone who signed up, via whatsapp or email.

that's it. you announce, fans raise their hand, you know exactly who all and how many and on the big day they hear from you directly.
