step 1: go to drops
tap "drops" in the left sidebar (the lightning bolt icon). you'll see the create new drop page.
step 2: set up your drop page
this is what fans see when they visit your drop link.
add media — upload an image (jpg, png, or gif; 1000 × 1000 pixels works best)
title — your drop's headline (e.g., "rsvp to upcoming delhi tour")
additional details — anything else fans should know
slug — the custom part of your url. change the default to something easy to remember (e.g.,
new-single-2026). your link becomesclubz.fm/new-single-2026.
a live preview updates on the right as you fill things in.
step 3: set up the drop day message
this is the message that goes out automatically to fans when the drop goes live.
toggle the drop day message on
write your message (there's a default — make it your own!)
set the date and time
choose who gets it:
all fans — your entire fan base
only rsvps for this drop — just the fans who signed up for this one
clubz figures out whether to send via whatsapp or email based on what works best — you don't have to pick.
step 4: set visibility
public — fans can sign up → pick this when you're ready to promote
draft — only you can see this → use this while you're still setting things up
step 5: create
tap the "create drop" button.
💡 tip: customise your slug so the link is easy to share on social media.
💡 tip: use draft mode while you're getting things ready, then switch to public when you're good to go.
