you write one message. clubz sends it to each fan on whichever platform they signed up on — whatsapp or email. no need to create separate messages.
step 1: open the composer
tap "messaging" → "composer".
step 2: choose who gets it
by default, "all fans" is selected. tap "choose" to pick a specific group, either via location, gender or specific drop campaigns. you'll see the estimated number of recipients and credit cost.
step 3: write your message
attachment (optional) — upload a jpg or png image
message — write what you want to say. emojis welcome, keep it real!
cta link (optional) — add a link to your release, merch, or drop page
step 4: set up email settings
expand "email settings" to configure:
email subject line — what fans see in their inbox
template — pick one of your custom templates or use the magic template (a clean default we built for you)
step 5: preview
toggle between whatsapp, email previews on the right to see exactly how your message will look.
step 6: send
send test — send it to yourself first (always a good idea!)
schedule — pick a future date and time
send now — fire it off immediately
below the composer, the scheduled messages section shows everything that's queued up.
💡 tip: keep it personal and short. fans respond way better to messages that feel like they're from you — not a marketing email.
