create reusable email templates

design beautiful emails with drag-and-drop — no coding or design skills

tap the "templates" tab to manage your email templates.

your templates page shows everything you've made as visual preview cards. each one has icons to ✏️ edit, 📋 duplicate, or 🗑️ delete. use 🔍 to search.

create a template:

  1. tap "+ create template".

  2. give it a name.

  3. the drag-and-drop editor opens — canvas on the left, content blocks on the right.

blocks you can drag in:

add a clickable button like "listen now" or "buy tickets"

a line to separate sections

big, bold title text

paragraph

your main text — with formatting like bold, italic, links

drop in images — upload your own, resize, add links

social media icons for spotify, instagram, youtube, etc.

a nav menu with multiple links

custom code if you're feeling fancy

the right panel also has blocks (ready-made sections like headers and footers) and body (background colour, font, content width).

build an email in 7 steps:

  1. drag columns to set your layout

  2. add a heading with your announcement

  3. drop in an image — your artwork, poster, or photo

  4. add a paragraph with your message

  5. insert a button linking to your drop, release, or ticket page

  6. add a social block with your profiles

  7. hit the 👁 preview icon to check how it looks on desktop and mobile

tap any block to edit text, images, colours, spacing, and alignment. drag blocks to move them, or delete/duplicate them.

when you're happy, tap "save & exit".

using templates in the composer: when writing a message, expand "email settings" and pick your template from the dropdown.
