your link-in-bio page [To be formatted]
how does clubz find my song on all streaming platforms? just search by artist name + song name, spotify url, or isrc code. clubz scans all major platforms and pulls in the links automatically. you don't have to do anything.
what if my song isn't found? tap "add services manually" in the add new release pop-up and paste the links yourself for each platform.
can i choose which streaming platforms to show? yep — each platform has a green toggle. switch off anything you don't want fans to see.
can i change the cover art for a track? nope — artwork is pulled from your streaming platforms automatically and can't be changed.
how do i edit or delete a track i've already added? tap the three-dot menu (•••) next to the track. you'll see options to edit title or delete. you can also tap the eye icon (👁) to hide it without deleting.
what video platforms are supported for music videos? just youtube for now. videos play right on your page — fans don't have to leave.
can i add playlists from apple music or youtube music? the playlist module only supports spotify right now. for other platforms, use the custom link module to link directly.
what do i need to set up a pre-save? track name, cover image, release date/time, and your spotify pre save url. your distributor (distrokid, tunecore, cd baby, etc.) gives you the pre save link when you schedule a release. apple music support is coming soon.
can i see who pre-saved my song? yes — check the fans section of your dashboard. fans give their name and email when they pre-save.
can i have multiple pre-saves active at once? yes — you can add multiple pre-save cards for different upcoming releases.
what can custom links be used for? literally anything — your website, apple music playlists, crowdfunding pages, fan communities, a merch store, any url you want fans to visit.
can i upload my own image for a custom link? yes! unlike the music module (where artwork is auto-fetched), custom links let you upload your own thumbnail. any standard image format works, no size restrictions.
what ticketing platforms work with the tour calendar? all of them — ticketmaster, bookmyshow, eventbrite, you name it. clubz tries to auto-fill event details from the ticket link so you don't have to type everything out.
what does "auto-fill event details" mean? when you paste a ticket link into the ticket link field, clubz tries to automatically pull in the event title, date, venue, and location from the ticketing page. you can always edit anything it fills in.
can i mark a show as sold out? yes. check "mark show as sold out" — the show stays on your page but fans will see it's sold out. great for social proof.
what image format does the event thumbnail support? png files, max 10mb.
who is the artist roster module for? agencies and labels who want to feature multiple artists on one page. individual artists usually won't need this.
can i add an artist to the roster who isn't on spotify? yes — use "add services manually" to paste links for whatever platforms they're on.
do i need to publish after making changes? always. nothing goes live until you tap publish. you'll see a yellow banner reminding you when you have unpublished changes.
your fan data
where does fan data come from? from everywhere fans interact with your page — mailing list sign-ups, drop rsvps, pre-saves, and any other place they give you their info.
what information is captured for each fan? depends on what they provide, but clubz can capture name, email, phone number, location, gender, and age.
what does "acq. channel" mean? it stands for acquisition channel — it tells you how the fan found you. "rsvp" means they came through a drop, for example. other values show mailing list sign-ups, pre-saves, etc.
can i import fans from other platforms? yes. tap "import csv" and upload a csv file from wherever — ticketing platforms, previous shows, email marketing tools. no strict format needed, clubz's ai figures it out automatically.
can i export my fan list? yes. tap "export csv" to download your full fan list anytime.
what are tags? auto-labels clubz applies — like "new join" and age info. they help you see who's who at a glance. custom manual tags are planned for the future.
can i click on a fan to see their full profile? not yet — but this is planned for a future update.
drops
what is a drop? a drop is a landing page for something you're about to announce. you create it, fans sign up, and on the day it goes live, clubz messages them automatically. works for music releases, merch, tours, events — anything.
what's the difference between a drop and a pre-save? pre-saves are for spotify releases only. drops are way more flexible — you can use them for any type of announcement with a fully customisable landing page.
how do fans sign up for a drop? they visit your drop link and enter their name plus either their email or phone number. they choose which one.
how are fans notified on drop day? clubz sends your message automatically via whatsapp or email. the channel is optimised based on what converts best — you don't have to pick.
can i send the drop day message to all my fans or just the people who signed up? both. you choose "all fans" or "only rsvps for this drop" in the send to setting.
what image size should i use for the drop media? jpg, png, or gif. 1000 × 1000 pixels is recommended.
can i customise the drop page url? yes — use the slug field to set a custom url like clubz.fm/my-new-single.
can i edit a drop after creating it? yes. open the drop from the drops section and edit any details, message, or visibility settings.
what's the difference between public and draft visibility? public means the drop page is live and fans can sign up. draft means only you can see it — use this while you're still setting things up.
can i preview what the drop day message looks like on whatsapp and email? yes. in the messaging tab of your drop, the right-side preview lets you toggle between whatsapp and email views.
can i show drops on my link-in-bio page? yes — add a drops module to your page and select which drops to display.
can i see who signed up for my drop? yes. the analytics tab on the drop management page shows every fan who rsvp'd — contact info, location, and join date.
messaging
what platforms can i message fans on? whatsapp and email. instagram dm is coming soon.
do i need to make separate messages for whatsapp and email? nope — write one message and clubz delivers it to each fan on whatever platform they signed up on.
what are messaging credits? each message you send costs credits. your balance shows at the top of the messages page. check the pricing section for details on getting more.
can i send a message to just a segment of my fans? yes. tap the "choose" button in the recipients section to pick a specific group instead of sending to everyone.
can i attach images to messages? yes — use the "attachment" section to upload a jpg or png. the image goes out with both whatsapp and email versions.
can i schedule a message for later? yes — tap "schedule" instead of "send now" and pick a future date and time. your scheduled messages show up in the scheduled messages section at the bottom of the composer.
can i test a message before sending it to fans? absolutely — tap "send test" to send it to yourself first. always a good idea before blasting your whole list.
what's the magic template? a ready-made email template we built for you. it shows your message and media in a clean layout — great if you haven't made your own templates yet.
can i create my own email templates? yes — go to the templates tab, tap "+ create template", and use the drag-and-drop editor. no coding needed.
can i see how my messages performed? yes — the sent messages tab shows click rates, fan counts, and a detailed performance funnel for every message. you can see total fans reached, how many clicked, and how many were unreachable.
why are some fans "unreachable"? could be a few things — whatsapp ecosystem health, wrong phone numbers, fans who unsubscribed, or meta platform availability changes.
what do fans see when they get a whatsapp message? a chat message with your artist name, the message text, a link (if you added one), opt-out instructions ("reply with stop to opt out"), and clubz.fm branding.
what do fans see when they get an email? a styled email with the subject line you set, your message, your profile picture, and an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
what is the sms responses tab? it's coming soon — once it's live, you'll be able to see what fans write back to your whatsapp messages.
